the building is situated within the protected area “st.nikolaus” at a remerkable corner position. During the planning process an additional small plot was bought from the community and so the house could be developed bigger and mor signicant, underlining its corner position at the turn from Riedgasse to fallbachgasse.

there are 5 appartments, where 2 are maisonettes with generous terraces on the top.
